شستشوی دیپ یاغوطه وری

بمنظور آماده سازی قطعات قبل از رنگ آمیزی ابتدا باید قطعات در چندین مرحله شستشو شده تا آماده رنگ آمیزی شوند.

دراین سیستم تانک ها با توجه به ابعاد و میزان تولید و جنس قطعات طراحی و ساخته می شوند.

و قطعات بوسیله سبد باجرثقیل سقفی داخل وانها قرار می گیرند که در چند وان چند مرحله شستشو انجام می گیرد.

که این مراحل معمولا شامل زنگبری ، چربی زدایی وفسفات می باشد.

بعداز مراحل شستشو قطعا به وسیله کوره خشککن خشک واماده رنگ می شود.
